Processing Times

Unless otherwise noted, all products are made to order and will be shipped within 3-5 business days. I fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but please keep in mind shipping estimates do not include the time to make your order. 

Canadian Shipping

Canadian orders are shipped out via Canada Post from just outside Winnipeg, MB. Items are shipped as 'Canada Post Oversized Lettermail' and do NOT include tracking or insurance, to keep shipping costs low for you. You may upgrade to tracked package at checkout. 

Please note, orders with 2+ sleeves will be shipped in separate mailers to fit Canada Post's Lettermail size requirements. If you'd like them shipped together, please upgrade to a tracked package.

Canadian Delivery Estimates

Lettermail in Manitoba: 2-3 business days
Lettermail across Canada: 4-10 business days
Tracked Package in Canada: 3-5 business days

Shipping costs start at $4.50 and options are displayed in your cart at checkout. 

FREE tracked shipping on orders of $150 CAD or more.

US Shipping

Orders are shipped tracked with a $12 USD flat rate shipping to the contiguous United States. 

Orders are shipped out via Canada Post from just outside Winnipeg, MB, Canada. Most US orders arrive within 6-10 business days, but these times are not guaranteed. Buyers are responsible for any import/duty fees that could be charged when the package reaches your destination. 

FREE tracked shipping on orders of $150 CAD or more.

 

Sustainable Packaging

Whenever possible, all orders are shipped with eco-friendly, plastic-free, recyclable or compostable packaging. If you place a large order that doesn't fit my standard packaging, your order may ship in a clean upcycled cardboard box that may have residual plastic tape on it.

   

Lost Packages

While I've had a good experience with shipping orders safely via Lettermail, there is always a slight risk as there is no way to track orders with this method. Canada Post will only compensate lost or damaged packages with tracked shipping. I am not responsible for replacing items that have been lost or damaged in the mail. If this is a concern for you, I recommend upgrading your shipping to tracked.
