What size sleeve do I need?

Can I purchase a gift card?
Absolutely! You can find e-gift cards here.
The product I want is sold out. Will you restock it?
Sometimes. This depends on the demand of the product and availability of the fabric. Reach out to me, sometimes I have extra fabric or I can cut down a larger size if it's not sewn.
When will my order ship?
Unless otherwise noted, all orders are made to order and will be shipped within 3-5 business days. View more shipping information.
How is my order shipped?
Canadian orders are shipped from Manitoba via Canada Post Oversized Lettermail unless you have chosen to upgrade to a tracked parcel (which will be sent via Canada Post, UPS or Purolator). View full Shipping Policy.
Can I add/modify my order?
Yes, as long as I have not started on making your order yet. You need to contact me ASAP. Send me an email, I will email you a new invoice.
Which countries do you ship to?
I currently ship to Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Due to the uncertainty of tariffs, USA shipping is on pause.
Can I pickup my order locally?
I live an hour outside of Winnipeg so I do not offer local pick ups at this time.
Can I include a gift note with my order?
I'd be happy to include a note if you are shipping your gift directly to the recipient. Please email me with your message right away after placing your order.
Do you take custom orders (Kobo Sage, etc)?
I pre-cut a lot of my fabric so that makes it hard to offer customization options. If you're looking for a sleeve for a Kobo Sage or Kobo Libra case with stylus or similar, please reach out to me :)
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is very important to me and I stand by the quality of my handmade products. If you are unhappy with your item please contact me within 7 days of delivery so that I can resolve the issue.
How do I care for my sleeve?
Try not to overstuff your sleeve and stretch the seams. To clean, spot clean the area and leave it flat to air dry. Do NOT machine wash or dryer. Iron on a medium or cotton setting to reshape or remove wrinkles if needed. Avoid ironing over details such as zippers, snaps or cork.
