Returns
Your satisfaction is very important to me and I stand by the quality of my handmade products. If you are unhappy with your item please contact me (hello@bookishcat.co) within 7 days of delivery so that I can resolve the issue. Once I have approved your return, ensure your purchase is shipped back to me within 14 days. Refunds will not be issued until the item is returned on time and found in its original condition.Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for loss of value.
Non-returnable Items
Due to their unique nature, custom made orders cannot be returned, but please contact me if you have any issues with your item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on gift cards.
